Why can't i Install Galera Cluster 3?

Hi Friends,

I am very new to the Database Clustering and Galera. I am trying trying to install Galera Cluster with Mysql(which have been installed already). I have followed the steps provided in the official documentation, in this link

I have done all the steps but the last one is not working, her the details

apt-get install galera-3 \

             galera-arbitrator-3 \

             mysql-wsrep-5.6

the above command not working, error is E: Unable to locate package galera-3 

Can anybody advise me on this issue. Please.

Hello Souber Sathick,

 I too was facing this issue. I was an issue with my galera.list file contents.
AS mentioned in the provided URI :
http://galeracluster.com/documentation-webpages/galerainstallation.html#preparing-the-server

we need to replace DIST and RELEASE with ubuntu and the distribution : trusty was in my case

# Codership Repository (Galera Cluster for MySQL)
deb http://releases.galeracluster.com/DIST RELEASE main

so the galera.list looks like:
# Codership Repository (Galera Cluster for MySQL)
deb http://releases.galeracluster.com/ubuntu trusty main

If you browse through the URL : http://releases.galeracluster.com/ubuntu
You will see there is a precise and trusty folder which contains galera-3

After changing this i was able to download the packages.
