Hi buddies
I ‘ve recently established a MariaDB Galera Cluster on 3 nodes. After a while, the node number 1 broken down due to network distrubtion. Then, node number 1 started to recover itself by SST method using Xtrabackup-v2 .
However, after a couple of hours, ‘wsrep ready’ of the Node number 2 which was donor switched to off but SST still kept working. At the end of Xtrabackup process, the node number 1 showed up the following errors because I suppose, the ‘wsrep ready’ of node 2 which was off.
WSREP_SST: [INFO] Waiting for SST streaming to complete! (20150322 04:38:24.283)
60102 12:29:21 [Note] WSREP: (4535124a, 'tcp://0.0.0.0:4567') turning message relay requesting off
WSREP_SST: [ERROR] xtrabackup_checkpoints missing, failed innobackupex/SST on donor (20150322 04:38:34.422)
WSREP_SST: [ERROR] Cleanup after exit with status:2 (20150322 04:38:34.425)
60102 12:35:21 [ERROR] WSREP: Process completed with error: wsrep_sst_xtrabackup-v2 --role 'joiner' --address 'dg-mysql02' --auth 'sstuser:s3cretPass' --datadir '/var/lib/mysql/' --defaults-file '/etc/mysql/my.cnf' --parent '31140' --binlog '/var/log/mysql/mysql-bin' : 2 (No such file or directory)
60102 12:35:21 [ERROR] WSREP: Failed to read uuid:seqno from joiner script.
60102 12:35:21 [ERROR] WSREP: SST failed: 2 (No such file or directory)
60102 12:35:21 [ERROR] Aborting
I checked innodbback.log too.
this file showed because node not prepared to use it can send xtraback_checkpoints

I ‘ve been doing this for more than 5 times but in the middle of work, after ‘wsrep ready’ switched to off in the  donor node, the sst of the joiner node, shows the above errors. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any appropriate docuuments. I would be so appreciated if you could help me.

What's the version of MariaDB Server you're running?
