Contribution process

I have built MariaDB and Galera on the mainframe (Linux s390x), and it worked great. I had to patch a small number of files in Galera to make the build work. Could someone tell me what the process is for contributing code to the project?

I don’t think this is “supported” per se, but we have seen stuff like http://www.bullfreeware.com/affichage.php?id=4818 exist

And it may be supported by MariaDB Corporation and/or IBM — see: https://www.ibm.com/downloads/cas/BM85VAYZ

There are some old docs from MariaDB Server 10.0 days — https://github.com/linux-on-ibm-z/docs/wiki/Building-MariaDB-10.0
