Hibernate to MySQL Galera connection

Hi

We deployed a web application in Tomcat and uses Hibernate ORM to connect to the Galera cluster.  Sample connection is like as following:

jdbc:mysql:loadbalance://192.168.1.20,192.168.1.21,192.168.1.22/test?loadBalanceBlacklistTimeout=2000

However  when 192.168.1.20(first node in the JDBC URL) stopped, it is not fail-over to other IP? What could be the issue, can you please help!!
