Could not send query: Last packet not finished MariaDB

Hi,

    I am using MariaDB 10.2.10 ...

    In an stored procedure i am trying to insert into 2 tables with just 9 fields in the two tables...

    They  are using Java Application and calling the stored procedure and providing the information's for the two tables...

    in the Java log i come across this error 

                                              Could not send query: Last packet not finished MariaDB

    How to solve this issue,but i am not facing this frequently but once or while i am getting this error how to solve it

    i have checked the mariadb 

           1) INTERACTIVE_TIMEOUT ---------> 28800

           2)wait_timeout = 2880
