how we can upgrade conflict schema with zero downtime

Hello,

         Every one .I have setup 2 maraio db server in cluster . I want to upgrade schema(may be conflict schema) only on one db server without affecting cluster and then test with application server ,if everything is ok then upgrade

         second one .Please help me how we can do ?

         Here is scenario

                  - I have  two application server A1 and A2 2  and two db server D1 and D2(both are in cluster)

                  - A1 is connected with D1 and A2 is connected with D2

                  - Now i want to upgrade A1 and D1 and A2 and D2 should be live to customer

                  - test A1 and D1 upgradation, if ok

                  - then make A1 and D1 as live and start upgradation on A2 and D2 

                  - Now my main aim is i want to upgrade applications and db with zero downtime
