Resetting Primary Cluster

Hi,

I am just starting with Galera, sometime it happens that I need to reinstall Galera and MySQL to

make the cluster running again (for example after a crash) and the mysql_bootstrap script is not working.

I am pretty sure there is a way to start a brand new cluster but I haven't found the way yet, is not a configuration

problem because it usually starts correctly after reinstalled, any idea?

The Environment is Debian 9 and MySQL 5.7
