one of cluster node hang when I execute alter

Hello guys, I five 5 nodes in the galera cluster, when I use galera, I have two problems.

1.When I execute alter table to add a column,one node will be hang,and I cant login in it,other node is ok.

2.The deadlocks,you can see my picture.I operate with the same node,two session.

can you give me some ideas ? Very thx....
