Hope everyone is enjoying (er... surviving?) the snow.
Join us for Coderdojo's first (but hopefully not last) game jam on January 31st. The theme will be revealed at the beginning of the meeting, and then you will have 55 minutes (hmmm... that's a pretty interesting number...) to make a game or project using the theme. Don't worry if this is your first time programming. There is plenty of help to get you on your way. Projects will be shared at the end of the meeting, and mystery prizes awarded for mysterious reasons.

A few ideas on awards: Jury award, organizer award, people's choice award. http://archive.globalgamejam.org/wiki/awards-presentations. Not exactly what we are looking for, I think.
