Last night we had biweekly meeting via a conference call instead of a video call. It looks like we'll be meeting that way going forward as it seems to have fewer technical difficulties.

For those of you who missed out, here's a summary of what's coming up:
  1. Our next meeting on April 24th coincides with Rockville Science Day, so if you're able to, stop by Montgomery College earlier in the day before joining us. For that meeting, we'll have one of the students giving a short presentation that compares the use of arrays in multiple programming languages and then we'll have a few programming challenges for those who are interested. RSVP at http://www.meetup.com/CoderDojoDC/events/230278296/
  2. On May 8th, the winners of the Kid Museum's Toy 2.0 competition will join us and talk about their project and how they programmed it.
  3. We also have Raspberry Pi, IoT, and robotics meetings with special guests in the plans. Dates haven't been set, so stay tuned.

As always, let us know if you have ideas or guest suggestions for upcoming meetings. We're always on the lookout for interesting uses of computer programming in the world.

Thanks!
Frank
