Update server for Juno?

Hello,

I recently had to rebuild my Windows box, and as part of setting Eclipse up again, I installed the latest release Juno.  When I went to add Code Pro Analytix, I noticed there is no update site listed for Juno.  Is it planned to add an update site for Juno?   Has anyone successfully installed and run CPA on Juno?

We do plan to do a Juno build of CodePro some time soon. There have been no code changes since Indigo and the code was already very API clean, so the Indigo version should just work as-is. If not, I guess that gives us a reason to build a Juno version even earlier ;-)

Hi Eric,

Any plans to do a Juno build in the near future?  I did see someone post that they are having problems with shortcuts when running the Indigo build of CodePro under Juno, so it might warrant a fix and a new build.

I spoke to our build guy, and he is going to try to get a new CodePro build out in the next few weeks. 

I don't know that it would make any difference though since the code for that feature has not changed in several years. Those shortcuts actually worked fine for me in both Eclipse 4.2 and 4.3 under Windows.

Hi Eric,

We seem to be having issues i.e. the eclipse Juno gets hung when using google code pro for Indigo. Not sure if its related but when do we expect the official build release of Code Pro for Juno to be out?

Hi David,

 

we have successfully updated the CPA with this Juno Eclipse:

eclipse-java-juno-SR2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz

 

With the package for Windows it did not work, you need the Linux Package!
