Missed the Calendars?

Hi,

I just realized that I didn't get a Telerik Software Craftsmanship calendar this year. Were these being passed out and I just missed them? Or didn't they have them this year? Maybe I can order one online?

I missed those this year too. I don't see a 2015 version anywhere online.

The calendars originated with NimblePros, a company Telerik acquired in 2012. Telerik kept up the calendar tradition for 2013 and 2014, but it's possible they just decided not to do it anymore.

Telerik had a couple of rounds of layoffs in 2014, including their
entire Services team (many of whom were acquired 2 years earlier when
Telerik acquired the Ohio consulting firm NimblePros). The calendars
were a product of several NimblePros/Telerik people, including
Michelle Smith, Brendan Enrick, Craig Palenshus, and me, all of whom
went in different directions once Telerik let us go. Unfortunately,
this was poorly timed since the bulk of the calendar work needs to be
done between May and September each year. Brendan was hoping to put
something together via his new employer, Clear Measure, but it didn't
come together in time. He and I are hoping we can make something
happen for next year.

Thanks for your support and we're very glad to hear so many people
enjoy them. They're a lot of work but have also been a lot of fun for
the 4 years we have produced them (2 for NimblePros, 2 for Telerik).
We have framed the images from them to put up in our team rooms, so
they last longer than just the one month they're up otherwise.

Thanks all for the replies - Thanks Steve! That was what I thought but was hoping that I was wrong. I will really miss my calendar!! :(

+1 for missing these calendars!

I reluctantly took down my 2014 calendar, today, and was sad to not have a new one to replace it... If I could buy one, somewhere, I'd pay for it!
