Hi, everybody. Well, I've recovered, sort of, from CFO's 2nd annual Big Night. From sunset Saturday, June 18 at 8:33 pm till sunrise Sunday, June 19 at 5:33, a dozen of us birded east to west in Boulder County, recording 70 species in the process. A male Dusky Grouse sitting pretty in the rising sun was a marvelous capstone to the outing. But it didn't count, haha.

The next strawberry full moon is June 9, 2017, so let's say we'll do our 2017 Big Night Friday-Saturday, June 9-10, 2017.
