You can check on the PS1 calendar of events (go to the PS1 web site, then look at the 'events' tab) to find out if one is already scheduled ...

Then if nothing appears to be scheduled for the next couple of months, you can go to the members-only PS1 google group, not this one, (you're a member of that one, I know because I authorized your add to it myself) ... and look for a thread there, or post a new thread there.

Matt Meshualam is usually the authorizer for that though there are more people trying to become authorizers.

The full authorization explanation/scheme should be listed on the particular PS1 wiki page for that piece of equipment. 

The CNC Build Club isn't exactly what you're looking for ... while there is a lot of overlap, it isn't the official house organ of the CNC stuff at PS1. Any old anybody can be a member of the CNC Build Club without having PS1 membership ...
