Towards tools.reader 1.0.0

Hi all, I've just cut a realease for [org.clojure/tools.reader "1.0.0-RC1"].

As tools.reader has been very stable for quite a while (no bugs have been reported in quite a long time), I intend to cut a 1.0.0 release very soon.

Before I do that, I'd like to check whether anybody has any outstanding issues with tools.reader they'd like to see fixed before a 1.0.0 release.

Currently the only open ticket is TRDR-44 (https://dev.clojure.org/jira/browse/TRDR-44) but the size and scope of the proposed change is quite significant so unless enough people express a desire for it pre 1.0.0, it won't be part of the next release (please let me know either in this thread or on the ticket itself!).

In case of no feedback, I'll take that as a no-complaint and I'll release 1.0.0 in about 2 weeks :)
