Very happy to include let-aliasing in core.typed.

Fellow IU PhD student Andrew Kent originally implemented let-aliasing for Typed Racket. Big thanks to him for his help and his awesome work!

As well as increasing expressiveness, let-aliasing has major performance implications for common macroexpansions, especially destructuring.

Please post any performance differences.
