[SYD] End of year #cljsyd survey

Hi all,

I've prepared a short survey and it would be an immense help if you could take a few minutes to answer it.

One of the reasons for creating the survey is that we currently have 337 members in our meetup group but we average about 25 each meetup. I would like to learn why that might be the case as well as take all answers into account in order to improve the meetup.
