[ANN] Quil 2.2.4 Release

Happy to announce release of Quil 2.2.4. It is available on clojars: https://clojars.org/quil

You might notice that we jumped from 2.2.2 straight to 2.2.4. That's because I messed 2.2.3 and had to do new release. Anyway here is the list of changes:

• Make end-shape to work inside with-graphics macro (by @thobbs)
  
• Allow to pass DOM element as :host in cljs sketch. Before this change only element ids were allowed.
• Add runtime warning when sketches with different context (2D and 3D) are used on same canvas element. (by @norgat)
  
• Improve support for latest clojurescript 0.0-2371.
• Documentation changes. (by @jobez and @dmarjenburgh).
