Team looking for a software dev for small web app/mobile app project

My team is analyzing the data on levels of civic engagement and social capital in different communities. We have an idea for an app that would supplement this well and engage high school and college students, and schools in civic service. The end app could be web-based or mobile based, and I assume (based off my limited knowledge of programming) that it would not be too difficult to execute. I can share more details about the app in private.

I would love to connect with a developer who is interested in helping out in any way!
