I am having trouble submitting

Hello all

After submitting in the dialogue box I get the message:

"Idea cannot be found" 

I tried many times...Any help is greatly appreciated.

It looks like there was a glitch...now I have five duplicates!  How do I keep the most recent and delete the other ones?
