We're starting to get some responses to our Team Builder Survey from participants who are in search of a team. Think of this space as the craigslist of the Civic Data Challenge.

Right now we have participants who are seeking:

1. Data analyst with experience with Tableau and R. Open to all sorts of subjects/projects impacting Lakeland/Polk County
   
2. Civic coders, designers, investigative reporters and community organizers interested in open government and grassroots economic development. We're exposing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts using data mining, graphic design and community education meetings.

Hi Michael,

There's a thread in the Google Group that lists what skills people have and what skills people are looking for. It's under the title "Data Scientists, Nonprofit Leaders, and Designers seeking teams to join." Let me know if you are looking for someone with a particular skill and I can try to help match you with someone.
