How can i find info on the Port Authority Valet at 9th and Dyer?

5 times in the last 2 weeks i've gotten to the valet and there has been nobody there, and no bikes.   i called yesterday and they said they closed after they ran out of bikes.   i get there latest 7:15 am.   this has only started happening in the last 2 weeks.   i've been using that valet for about 8 months.  there is no way a valet station should run out of bikes by 7:15am.  just curious if it's possible to find out how many bikes they have been delivering .   thanks.
