free_bike_status.json

I see that citibike lists free_bike_status.json in their feeds but when I look at the index (https://gbfs.citibikenyc.com/gbfs/gbfs.json) I don't see it. I also don't see a URL anywhere for it.

Does this feed exist? If so does anyone know refresh rate?

Any luck on finding the free_bike_status URL? I know they have the dockless program in the Bronx area, so the data for those dockless bikes must be hidden somewhere

I'm also looking for this information to do my thesis . But the feed still empty 

 A suggestion: Capital Bikeshare from NYC have this feed available. Look: https://gbfs.capitalbikeshare.com/gbfs/en/free_bike_status.json

Now I'm thinking to change the focus of my investigation.
