How to use preloaded SQLite in swift app

Swift is beautiful!

I am watching some tutorial to write iOS app using swift. Pretty cool for folks like me with groovy back ground. But I did not figure out how to use a preloaded SQLite ? Which folder to put the SQLite file in xcode6 project? I put the file in project root directory, the project navigator did not display it. Is there a refresh like in eclipse? I assume I need to config data model entity to map the table columns.
