cb_admin fails to run on ChicagoBoss-0.8.19

Hi. I'm running otp_src_17.4/  and ChicagoBoss-0.8.19

I'm just learning the ChicagoBoss flow and its is failing me when accessing
http://localhost:8001/admin.

I followed the project github page to setup cb_admin
but when getting the url it fails with:
