Why would you put your phone number on a craigslist post?
The automatic change is to stop people from complaining to CL when they
start getting calls from half way around the planet at 2am. Not to
mention scams, crooks, harrassers, etc and so on. It also blocks those
who use phones to scam people rather than over a computer.

auto-running your suicidally stupid decision to post a real # on CL through
a Skype filter so you're not instantly scammed out of thousands of more
