So Tom Stacy invited us to help him show off various things and teach 15-20 kids at a time a few Pi things (that's all we seem to be doing lately!).
We need people covering Wednesday morning through to Saturday, I can do all days, last I heard Ben could do all but one day, etc.
It's at the ExCel in London, we'll probably go on the train to Stratford, Jubilee Line to Canning Town then DLR to Custom House.

More info on the show:

So yes, we need to work out what we're doing, we have Pis, screens, Makey Makeys, an AR.Drone, a Big Trak and whatever else we can find.

Currently the plan is to get the kids started with Scratch with the Makey Makeys, maybe move some up to Python and use the AR.Drone to harass (joking) the Raspberry Pi Foundation.

Created a repository for Scratch and Python projects we can get the kids to do so even if you're not able to come, you can still help out by forking, adding some things and submitting pull requests!

https://github.com/ChelmsfordMakerspace/Bett-2013

If you have your own projects repos in your GitHub accounts you wish to add, contact me and I'll submodule it.
The idea is that when we get there Wednesday morning, we can walk in, have the latest Raspbian on all the SD cards, clone the repo into the pi user's home directory, maybe run a setup.sh and it'll all be set up.

Can we have people confirm if they're able to come before the end of Monday? We need at least one extra person to go with me and Ben each day.
I need to sort out paperwork. Travel, food, etc is covered!

Good news: We won an interactive whiteboard.

Bad news: The sponsor for the stand is now only able to pay for one person from Chelmsford Makerspace to go for the remaining two days and badges have only been ordered for me and Ben.

Good news: I can't hold all this free stuff.
