Hi Ankush,

first of all lets come to checkstyle CLI to avoid any effect from gradle. It is easy - http://checkstyle.sourceforge.net/cmdline.html#Download_and_Run

if we will make it work on by CLI (no IDEs not Gradle), that will help us, You and I could both reproduce behavior.

You can make testing project on github to show structure what you have and config that you have.

Secondly, your config looks to small. As you start to manage imports you have to do that for all of them.

you have to place all allowed/disallowed rules to config.
