Changes in Checkstyle developers team

Hi All,

Right now development team of Checkstyle is 17 people (https://github.com/checkstyle), I appreciate each of your contribution.

But activity on a project is growing, and I can not cope with all coordination of a team easily, I need to ease a bit my process.

I do a lot from answers and assignments from phone.

I need to minimize development team size to active people only, I will remove from team all contributors that a not active for 6 month.

That will ease a process of assignments, this is how github works on my small-screen devices.
