Hi everyone,

I’m the librarian at Tellus Science Museum in Cartersville, Georgia. We are having a Discovery Day on Saturday, November 14, from 10 – 5 to include more learning opportunities in genres such as tinkerers, engineering, and the Maker Movement. So, to that end, our Discovery Day will have groups doing demonstrations and hands-on activities in our Great Hall throughout the day. The groups doing that piece are Darlington Robotics, Kell Robotics, Georgia Highlands College, and some of the folks behind the Atlanta Maker Faire.

In our banquet hall, we hope to host other independent makers and groups, showcasing what they do and what opportunities are available for participating in the maker movement. We think that Chattlab would be a great addition to our event. Is this something that you might be interested in participating in either as a group or individuals?
