Problems accessing petition URLs from Facebook private messages

Dear folks, not sure this is the right place to ask, but I am trying to let change.org developers know that there seems to be a problem with the URLs sent from Change.org to Facebook contacts. The messages are sent from Change.org to Facebook but when one tries to open the link an error message pops up instead, for instance:

Hubo un problema con este enlace: http://chn.ge/1ztubOK?recruiter=5097394
Puedes ir ahora a este sitio web o volver a la página en la que estabas antes.
Recuerda que solo debes seguir enlaces de fuentes de confianza.

I hope this can be fixed because a lot of people fail to sign because of this glitch.
