Sorry that app does not work as you expected. When I look at your
video, you are using url
http://chainofasker-v3.appspot.com/pg/std/COA_V3.jsp?hd=myadsjam.com
This is the redirected url which displayed after you open ChainOfAsker
from "more menu" at Gmail main pages. Sorry now ChainOfAsker is not
supporting this way of startup. Current start up method is either of
following 2 type.

Type1: Google Apps embedded way
Start from "more menu" at Gmail main pages. To use this start up mode
Google Apps domain admin must add ChainOfAsker to his/her Google Apps
domain.

Type2: For both Google Account user and Google Apps Account user
Open ChainOfAsker by the url
http://chainofasker-v3.appspot.com/pg/std/COA_V3.jsp
This mode does not require Google Apps domain admin App adding job. So
user can use ChainOfAsker without Google Apps admin's help. So if you
do not like start up ChainOfAsker from "more menu" at Gmail main
pages, please use this url to start up.
