Can't change to Web mode

I followed the instruction (i.e. installed Silverlight4...), but when
I tried to switch to web mode, a few dialog box pop up:
[IsolatedStorage Operation]
Debugging resource string unavailable

Looks Mode file is not stored yet...

And then stay in tutorial mode.

Can someone help?

Possible reason why you can not get login pop up window is that your browser setting do not allow popup window for this application. So please allow pop up and retry.
