vacation and 1.3.3 release

Hi folks, I'm going to be away for the next 10 days, and then as soon
as I get back, we're going to release 1.3.3.

It seems to me that 1.3.3 is basically ready to go, except for a
couple of issues Stef already knows about, and also a couple of JS
issues that's I'm hoping Enrique will find time to work on (especially
#7004 and #6985).

Other than that it looks good, and there's going to be some nice new
stuff in this release.
