Please remove stale branches

The following repositories have lots of “stale” branches (merged into master, not updated for over a year):

• ceylon.language
• ceylon-spec
• ceylon-compiler
• ceylon-ide-eclipse

Some other projects also have stale branches, but these four are the main culprits. (ceylon-sdk has lots of old, but unmerged branches.)

Can someone with push access please remove these branches? They’re unneeded, and clutter the branch list (if I want to go to a branch, I have to scroll through all these ancient branches).
