Chrome has a list of trusted CT logs embedded in it when it's compiled (https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/net/data/ssl/certificate_transparency/log_list.json). If the CT log isn't on that list, it'll show up as an unknown log in DevTools, as your screenshot shows. To request that a CT log be added to this list, you have to follow the process described on the Chromium wiki: https://www.chromium.org/Home/chromium-security/certificate-transparency/log-policy
