Log Name and Validation Status not showing. ??

Hii Everyone's....

I need one more help from you.... I am not getting or see Log Name and Validation Status. I am sending screenshots of my problem.??

Please help and guide me.

Chrome has a list of trusted CT logs embedded in it when it's compiled (https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/net/data/ssl/certificate_transparency/log_list.json). If the CT log isn't on that list, it'll show up as an unknown log in DevTools, as your screenshot shows. To request that a CT log be added to this list, you have to follow the process described on the Chromium wiki: https://www.chromium.org/Home/chromium-security/certificate-transparency/log-policy

My question is :- Can I attach or insert multiple 1.3.6.1.4.1.11129.2.4.2=ASN1:FORMAT:HEX,OCTETSTRING: Value in OpenSSL Config...?
