all_logs_list.json "url" field format is inconsistent

Hi! The url field formatting in all_logs_list.json is inconsistent. In particular:

1. The "Venafi Gen2 CT log" url includes the https scheme (i.e. "https://ctlog-gen2.api.venafi.com/") while others don't (i.e. "ct.googleapis.com/pilot").

2. The "Venafi Gen2 CT log" and "PuChuangSiDa log" urls have a trailing slash (ie. "www.certificatetransparency.cn/ct/") while others don't.

Is this expected? Can we just make them consistent?

I am working on auto-generating this JSON file from an internal, canonical source and should be able to upload a corrected one within a few days.

An  updated, machine-generated log list can now be found in:

www.gstatic.com/ct/log_list/log_list.json

Alongside an updated schema:

www.gstatic.com/ct/log_list/log_list_schema.json

And signature:

www.gstatic.com/ct/log_list/log_list.sig

The c-t.org website will be updated later with these links (which will supersede the json posted on the c-t.org website). 

A list of all known logs, not only those trusted by Chrome, will be posted later.
