Missing check in bool IsSparseLinearAlgebraLibraryTypeAvailable?

Hi,

Ceres-solver is made to support three Sparse library back-end:

- SuiteSparse

- CXSparse,

- Eigen.

But I saw that in bool IsSparseLinearAlgebraLibraryTypeAvailable

only the SuiteSparse & CXSparse are checked?

Does this is an expected behavior? (I don't think so)

If not, can I add an Eigen check in this function as a gerrit PR?
