Ceres Solver Version 1.12.0 Release Candidate 1

Hello Everyone,

We are pleased to announce the availability of version 1.12.0 Release Candidate 1. The tarball can be downloaded from

http://ceres-solver.org/ceres-solver-1.12.0rc1.tar.gz

The last release was almost exactly a year ago, and we have had a number of changes big and small since then. So its a good time to make a release.

We would appreciate you testing on as many platforms as possible and we would love to hear of your experiences, good and bad.
