A Small Error in Documentation on LM Trust Region Methods?

After equation (4):

"Before going further let us make some notational simplifications. We will assume that the matrix sqrt(mu)*D has been concatenated ..."

Shouldn't that be 1/sqrt(mu) * D ? I think it's also what the code does.
