Asad,There is no preferred coordinate system in ceres. It will use any coordinate system that you tell it to use.Some of the example codes that come with ceres and the rotation have their conventions which are usually documented with the code itself.Sameer

We use the data from Noah snavely's bundler program. Noah describes the data format and coordinate system.on the bundler website.
