Desperately in need of a Hobbed Bolt and Gears ASAP!!!

CORMUG,

I am giving a presentation tomorrow night and have been trying to track down the problem with my printer for the past three weeks.

At first I though it was the power supply which led to two unnecessary trips to MicroCenter for a new one which didn't help anyways.
Then I thought it was the extruder heater, which led to me rebuilding my extruder entirely. This still did not solve my problem.
Then I bought new filament because I though the stuff I had was junk. It wasn't.  My hobbed bolt is shot through, with many of the teeth stripped.
I've had it for a year and it has worked fine, so it wasn't a suspect part until all other options had been eliminated.
Too bad I didn't suspect it first three weeks ago. 

I need your help, if anyone has a hobbed bolt and a set of gears for a standard wades setup please give me a call.
I will drive anywhere within the greater columbus area TONIGHT to get it and will return it by next week with a token of my appreciation.
