Can CefSharp read encrypted files or read them from password-protected ZIP package?

Hi, I would like to protect the HTML/JS/CSS files from being accessed by users. So I plan to either encrypt them or store them in a password-protected ZIP package. So is CefSharp capable to read from any of them?
