Small scroll bars like objects on the top/left of the browser.

I have been developing a browser recently and for the past couple of days I have went into this issue that I didn't think was a big problem but just annoying. In the picture below you will see something like a really small scroll bar  in the browser on the top/left. I just started to program in CefSharp and I downloaded the most recent verson from nuget(Version 47.0.3) with (Version 47.0.3) WinForm api. It automatically installed the Cef.Redist86 and 84. And I had issues with the 64 bit version with Download Manager so i moved to the 32 bit witch is much more stable. The issue happens on both the 86 and the 64 versions of the application. And I have no idea on how to fix it. I did a little research and I didn't found anyone that posted this issue before so this is why im here.

I hope we can find a problem to this issue.
