Setting Protected Content setting

I'm using the ChromiumWebBrowser in a c# winforms application and I need to be able to set the "Protected Content" setting. In Chrome, it's under: Show advanced settings... -> Content Settings... -> Protected content.  I need to set the "Allow identifiers for protected content" to true.  How would this be done?
