Error ninja subcommand building Chromium for add h.264 to cefsharp WPF

Hello, I try for several days to add h.264 to CefSharp but I still have an error when using the command "ninja -C out\Debug_GN_x86 cef".

I use guide: https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/wiki/MasterBuildQuickStart
