Does anyone knows where we can find the CEF 3.2704.1409.gf0356b9?

If you mean prebuilt binaries, then you can try my test builds https://www.myget.org/gallery/dazaraev . It is packaged as nuget, windows x64 only, otherwise build for self or wait until it appears on cefbuilds.com or official builds appears. Last two options has unknown estimates. I recommend at least for now build it for self.
