Exception running partnership.bat

hi ive just setup hermes 2 in my pc and i got to the part where i can see the Piazza Corvus page. however when i try to run the partnership.bat, i get this error:

Command: partnership.bat ebms -a conf\partnership.ebms-dao.xml
* partnership.ebms-dao.xml came with the loopback test
