Anyone make/sell custom TF2 items before??

My son is wanting to make some custom TF2 items.

Has anyone done this before?? Looking for any info / suggestions.

You'll need to learn to use tools like Blender.  Tips and links to tutorials are in the Steam Workshop FAQ.  http://www.teamfortress.com/workshop/

That should be plenty to get you started.  Keep in mind that just because you make something, doesn't mean it can be included.  Content has to be voted in, then approved by Valve.

there are tutorials on Steam for that and they sell apps like 3dpaint for that also ( look under the software tab in Steam )
