Form search at the wordpress (php code)

Hello. I have a website http://mckenzieadams.net/ . In the header I have search form for catsone. Search for catsone is working only keywords for this page http://careers.mckenzieadams.net/ but other selects does not work. I need get options from selects (dropdown) location, job type and category from this page http://careers.mckenzieadams.net/ search to my header search. Can you help me. I did not find API for this. Or can you give me a sample for php code.
